Lori Ricker is a dedicated childcare professional with a wealth of experience and a heart full of love for children. Her journey in the field of early childhood education began with an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in early childhood education. However, her commitment to learning didn’t stop there—she actively seeks ongoing training to stay current with the latest developments in the field.

For the past 20 years, Lori has provided nurturing care to children in her in-home daycare. Her warm and loving approach creates a safe and welcoming environment where children thrive. Lori firmly believes that children learn best through play, and she encourages creativity, exploration, and curiosity in her little charges.

In addition to her in-home childcare experience, Lori spent 8 years working in preschool settings. During this time, she honed her skills in fostering socialization, helping children build friendships, and developing essential life skills. Her belief in the importance of a family-like environment extends beyond her professional life—raising her two daughters, she instilled the same values of love, respect, and kindness.
